TCPUD currently accepts payments by cash, check, auto debit from a checking account, by phone, and online payments.
Pay Online (One time account set up required and NO additional fees for this service)
Customers will also be able to manage their account through this portal, including: paying your bill online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), debit card, or bank account, check account balances, choose paperless billing, review account history, and view newsletters digitally.
Pay by Phone. TCPUD is now offering a pay by phone option for customers interested in using their credit card to pay their utility bill. Please call 844-612-7473 (No added fees for this service). Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and electronic checks accepted. Your phone payment will post to your account within two business days. Paymentus Corporations is a third party automated payment service.

- Drop off cash or check in person at 221 Fairway Dr., Tahoe City during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Drop payment into the secure Payments Drop box outside the billing entrance at 221 Fairway Dr., Tahoe City anytime. Be sure it is in a sealed envelope and includes your customer number.
- Mail payment to P.O. Box 5309, Tahoe City, CA 96145. Please include billing stub or customer number.
- Enroll in our auto debit program by completing the enrollment form here: Auto Debit Enrollment Form and returning the completed form and proper documentation in person, by faxing to 530-583-1475, scanning and email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or mailing to P.O. Box 5309, Tahoe City, CA 96145.
